Morning Light is the new 7-track EP by Naarm producer Prizefight, featuring 4 originals and 3 remixes by Naarm favourites Sam Alfred, Cybernet and STÜM. The EP is a gorgeous arrangement of trance and techno cuts that raise the bar for Melbourne's new wave with impactful songwriting, dreamlike production and a distinctly unique sound.

Title track and trance number 'Morning Light' sets a deep and colourful tone to the release, introducing bright sonic palettes that shine like sunlight over an unassuming yet infectious bassline. Prizefight puts techno square in the pocket with the undeniably groovy 'Alnitak'. 'Feels Like Home' paints dub and future garage motifs against trance inspirations and techno formatting, creating an especially unique sound that's equal parts emotional and energetic. Prizefight ends his run of originals on the EP with 'Procyon', a melodic masterpiece that strikes perfect balance between considered musicality and creative playfulness.

Aussie underground heavyweight Sam Alfred applies his signature club treatment to title track 'Morning Light', bestowing a catchy lead and frantic hats that inject pure energy. Cybernet continues to solidify his position as one of the standout trance producers in the scene with his brain-tingling cut of 'Alnitak'. King of the new wave and head of Happy Wax Records STÜM places his Midas touch on 'Feels Like Home', creating an incredible rave techno version of the original that doubles as his best production yet.
