Sydney (AU) producer and head of BASS WATER FREAK OUT adrian asher - known best for his electro, techno and g-tek works - strips back his electric persona on this rare and incredibly intimate solo piano release 'Black Silk Lagoon'. 3 tracks of fully improvised piano tell a tale of loss & melancholy, beautifully demonstrating his ability to speak the language of his heart on the piano.

"These pieces were recorded at night after having spent some time in the ocean at sunset. To get home from the ocean I must walk through the Black Silk Lagoon. In the story these pieces create, I do not walk home, but walk into the dark waters and blissfully dissolve." - adrian asher
